PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor guidance support system capable of providing optimal display information to unspecified many visitors so as to be mediated between the knowledge of a displaying person and the interest of the visitor. SOLUTION: In a system A, the structure concept of a displayed matter is displayed on an output display part 3 as knowledge space structure and when a visitor operates an input part 1 to acquire interesting knowledge space structure, a control part 2 forms interesting space structure, melts the original concept structure and the interesting space structure to form interesting knowledge melting space structure and compares these three structure to select a displaying matter corresponding to the interest of the visitor to output a selecting signal to a system B. In the system B, a control part 4 rearranges virtual displaying matter corresponding to the selected displaying matter in an order suited to observing to guide-display on an output display part 5.
