The printed circuit module is powered by 12 volts d.c. The relay (RLY) is a conventional electromagnetic type. The relay is energized by a signal from an integrated circuit (IC1). The IC is fed with external input signals (IN, RST). The operating characteristics can be changed using jumper links (A, B). Typical functions which can be programmed are delays between input signals and relay operation, repetitive cycle operation, etc.
