PRODUCTION PROCESS OF PANEL USING WASTED TIRE

PURPOSE: Production process of a panel is provided which recycles various kinds of industrial wastes so that it maximizes recycling of wasted materials. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the panel using wasted tire comprises the steps of: (i) collecting wasted tire and various industrial wastes and eliminating extraneous matters; (ii) separating each ingredients, injecting to a crusher, crushing to 3mm particle firstly and to 1mm particle secondly; (iii) mixing the crushed 1mm particle with a fixed ratio wherein 50-60wt% of waste tire particle, 30-40wt% of industrial waste particle and about 10wt% of chemicals like pigments, EVA acetic acid or so on are mixed; and (iv) passing the mixture through a pressing roller for extrusion molding and drying again to harden.
