PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously recover heats both by inputting an exhaust heat by an exhaust heat inputting heat exchanger and by a drain heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A weak solution line L1 is branched at a branch point PP2 of an absorber 10 side from a low-temperature solution heat exchanger 15 to a first line L1-1 and a second line L1-2. The exchanger 15 and an exhaust heat inputting heat exchanger 20 are provided at the line L1-2, a drain heat exchanger 30 is provided at the line L1-2, and the exchanger 30 is provided at a region L11-D of a condenser 13 side from a low-temperature regenerator 12 of the line L11 for communicating the regenerator 11 with a condenser 13. Thus, the line L1-1 and the line L1-2 are combined at a confluent point PP1 of the absorber 10 side from a high-temperature solution heat exchanger 14.
