PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply to the case of installing at a position need to clean a floor by washing with a simple structure by forming a clean room of a blower unit, a ceiling member and a resin curtain. SOLUTION: A person who enters a CR room turns over a curtain 48 of a side face 44 side of a clean room from a front room, and enters the room. Then, a jet air operation button 60 provided on a wall of a casing is pressed to operate a blower unit 20. A Sirocco fan sucks the air in the room from a suction port by this operation to uniformly pressurize the air, to further clean the air, to diffuse as a jet air flow for a predetermined time, thereby removing dusts adhered to an entering person's clothing. The clean air diffused into the room is exhausted together with the dusts from a floor side of curtains 46, 48 into the front room. After the jet air flow is stopped, the person turns over the curtain 49 of the CR room side, then enters the CR room. Then, the CR room is not contaminated by the dusts.
