PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly detect disconnection in conductivity caused by disengagement of a strip by allowing the strip to comprise a specified numbers of conductors for conductive test while the test conductors are connected with an electric part. SOLUTION: A substrate 9 is provided with a flexible strip 10 comprising electric conductors 11-16, with the substrate 9 mechanically and electrically connected to the conductors 11-16. The substrate 9 is provided with a track, and the two tracks 11 and 16 extending along the edge of the strip 10 are connected in loop by the track 8. Thus, the substrate 9 comprises two conductors 11 and 16 for conduction test as well as the strip 10, with the test conductors 11 and 16 connected through the track 8. So, when the strip 10 is broken or a connector 20 is excessively stretched and peeled from the substrate 9, the conduction between the test conductors 11 and 16 is disconnected, resulting in detection of the failure.
