PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the sanitary device which can suppress rotting even when an operation frequency needed to process extracted grounds and waste liquid is lowered by irradiating a container which contains the extracted grounds disposed of from an extractor and waste liquid of coffee beverage with ultraviolet rays. SOLUTION: After ground beans are thrown in, a moving motor 8D is driven and four extracting containers 8A rotate counterclockwise by 90 deg.. Through this rotation, the extracting container 8A in which the ground beans are thrown at a ground bean supply position (a) moves to an extraction position (b) and an extracting container 8A which has extracted grounds moves to a ground disposal position (c) respectively. After the movement, a main control part lowers a lever 83 by driving an extracting motor 89. Consequently, a disk member 86 is inserted into the extracting container 8A at the ground disposal position (c) and the extracted grounds are pushed out through a hole 81; and an extracting head is airtightly coupled with the extracting container 8A at the extraction position (b) and an extracting hot water valve is opened to supply high-temperature water applied with pressure by a pump to the extracting container 8A through a pipe 6. After vending operation, an ultraviolet-ray lamp illuminates for a specific time.
