PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to maintain an adequate temperature without the generation of noise by providing the device with the thermoelectric elements to be disposed on the rear surfaces of display elements, heat sinks disposed on these rear surfaces, heat pipes connected to the one-side ends of the heat sinks and heat radiation plates connected to the other ends of the heat pipes. SOLUTION: The cooling parts of the thermoelectric elements 20 come into contact with the rear surfaces of the display elements 10 and are coupled by screws to the display elements 10. The heat sinks 30 come into contact with heating parts which generate heat by the thermoelectric elements 20 and are coupled by screws to the thermoelectric elements 20. Metals having excellent thermal conductivity are used for the heat pipes 40 and their one-side ends are connected to the heat sinks 30. The heat radiation plates 50 are coupled to a main body 1 and the other ends of the heat pipes 40 come into contact therewith. Then, the heat conducted to the heat radiation plates 50 through the heat pipes 40 is radiated through the main body 1. Also, a blast fan 60 is preferably disposed in order to forcibly cool the rise of the temperature of the heat sinks 30.
