PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silver halide color reversal photographic sensitive material having enhanced color reproducibility without causing any unevenness in processing. SOLUTION: This silver halide color reversal photographic sensitive material has a yellow dye forming coupler-containing blue-sensitive unit, a magenta dye forming coupler-containing green-sensitive unit and a cyan dye forming coupler-containing red-sensitive unit each comprising at least one photosensitive emulsion layer on a reflective substrate. This substrate is a water resistant resin coated reflective substrate comprising a substrate and one or more water resistant resin layers applied on the substrate. At least one of the water resistant resin layers between the substrate and the photosensitive emulsion layer closest to the substrate is a biaxially oriented polyolefin layer having micropores. The sensitive material bas a layer containing grains of at least one of colloidal silver and previously fogged silver halide on the side remoter from the substrate than the polyolefin layer.
