PURPOSE: A cell system having two individual discharging and recharging sites is provided for carrying out alternately discharging/recharging processes by completely isolating the recharging site from the discharging site. CONSTITUTION: The cell system having two individual discharging and recharging sites comprises the cathode electrolyte and the anode electrolyte each being inserted with two tubes; when it requires electrical energy to be recharged after exhausting, the electrolyte without the electrical activity is pull out from one tube of each electrode and the new one charged with the electrical activity is introduced into the other tube of each electrode. Therefore, the cell system can provide the electrolyte and active material pre-charged with the electrical energy without alternative charging process at the charging station and remarkably reduce the time required to charge them.
