PURPOSE: A filter wrinkled-drain-pipe for accelerating the dehydration of poor ground which has no non-woven fabric is provided to improve the efficiency of dehydration, and reduce the production cost, and process the dehydration continuously, so that the strength of poor ground can be improved. CONSTITUTION: In the filter wrinkled-drain-pipe(1) for accelerating the dehydration of poor ground which has no non-woven fabric, an internal feed-line(2) is formed by forming continuously a depressed part(3) and a prominent part(4). Numerous drain gaps(5) are shaped in minute void, and formed around each depressed part, so that the water of the poor ground(6) soaks into the wrinkled-drain-pipe through the drain gaps. And then the water of poor ground is drained by the feed line of the wrinkled-drain-pipe.
