PURPOSE: Spool axis stroke device is provided which always makes stroke speed per intervals of spool axis uniform so that it is helpful in taking up fishing cord. CONSTITUTION: The spool axis stroke of a fish rill comprises the parts of: a drive gear(30) which is formed to keep uniform phase difference with a helical worm and receive power from a handle; a pinion binding body wherein a lower pinion is worked together with the drive gear and an upper pinion(32) is formed to keep uniform phase difference with the lower pinion; a cam gear(34) which is worked together with the upper pinion and bound with the spool axis; and a guide case which is placed to wrap the cam gear and guide horizontal movement of the cam gear.
