PURPOSE: A combined heater-air conditioning system is provided to achieve an improved heating effectiveness and prevent frost accumulation at a condenser installed in an outdoor unit. CONSTITUTION: A system includes a pipe(12) connecting an evaporator(10) and a valve, a water heating device(20) connected with the pipe, and a control unit(30) for allowing a refrigerant to flow into the water heating device. The control unit includes a temperature sensor(32) for sensing atmospheric temperature of the air, an electronic control unit(ECU) connected to the temperature sensor, a first solenoid valve(36) connected to an output side of the ECU and which controls flow of the refrigerant toward the water heating device, and a second solenoid valve(38) for preventing the refrigerant from flowing back toward the evaporator.
