PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform passage control over multiple passerbys under previously set passage conditions by determining whether or not a passerby which is not allowed can pass together under the previously determined set conditions when detecting the passerby which is not allowed being present nearby a passerby which is allowed. SOLUTION: A personal computer 17 matches face image information of a room user 15 which is picked up by a CCD camera 14 with information registered in a memory 21 to decide whether the user is allowed to enter the room. According to room entry permission information stored in the memory, the personal computer 17 detects whether or not the user is allowed to enter the room to allow an allowed user to enter and reject the entry of a disallowed user, and also sets whether or not the allowed user to enter the room together with others. The accompanying entry conditions are determined according to previously set accompanying entry conditions when another user is detected through a CCD camera 14 nearby one allowed user. |
