PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and securely manage the debit and credit information of a prepaid card that can be used in common a plurality of stores. SOLUTION: A centralized controller for obtaining a consumed amount information showing a consumed amount by a prepaid card and centralized by controlling the information is provided in a store.
