PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the inter-signal crosstalk resistance and to output an input signal without breaking the duty ratio of the signal by providing an input line which is wired only in a single direction, an output line which is wired only in the direction crossing the input line and outputs the output signal of a selection circuit block, etc. SOLUTION: Plural selection circuit blocks are prepared to select whether each of input signals should be transmitted or cut together with an input line which is wired only in a single direction and inputs the input signals to the selection circuit blocks and an output line which is wired only in the direction crossing the input line and outputs the output signals sent from the selection circuit blocks. In this circuit of such a constitution, the input signals to be outputted to the output terminals 5-8 are decided by transmitting the control signals from the selection control terminals 9-12. When the signal sent from an input terminal 1 is transmitted to the output terminal 5, for example, 1, 0, 0 and 0 are given to the terminals 9-1 to 9-4 respectively. Thus, the signal sent from the terminal 1 can be transmitted to the terminal 5.
