PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield material which is installed easily between objects. SOLUTION: A sheetlike shield body 100 which is formed to be rectangular is provided. A bonding means 200 and a bonding means 200 which are installed at both ends of the shield body 100 and which are bonded to other objects are provided. The shielding body 100 is composed of a substance which is conductive such as a conductive cloth, a metal foil or the like, and it displays a shielding effect. Since the shield body 100 is formed in sheet, it can be bent freely and it can be bent easily, e.g. in bellows shape. The bonding means 200 are formed of, e.g. square pillar shaped rubber magnetic bodies.
