PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge a prevention of a crime or an abnormal (or healthy) state of a resident and to automatically inform to outdoor or a center to be informed by providing a display means for displaying a fault in the case of detecting a different state from predetermined conditions by a human body detector in a conditioned chamber. SOLUTION: When a 'protection' (the state of sensing an invasion of an outsider when outgoing or non-residence in a room) is judge (S1), whether a person exists or not in the room is judged (S7). If the presence of the person is judged, a voice of a voice synthesis is informed to a preset center (S8). When a 'stop' (the state of no driving or no protecting) is judged, a timer is set and if an operation of redriving of an air conditioner is not conducted within this time, the voice is informed to the preset center. Thus, the conditioner is always controlled once per a day, and hence this can be used for a healthy management of an aged person living alone. |
