HEATING TEMPERATURE MEASURING SYSTEM FOR ALUMINUM MATERIAL AND HEATING TEMPERATURE CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect heating temperature of an aluminum material easily with high accuracy by fixing a temperature measuring sensor to a temperature measuring jig applied onto the major surface of the aluminum material and determining the heating temperature based on a detected temperature value. SOLUTION: A shaping plate 24 (temperature measuring jig) comprising a lubrication carbon sheet 22 of 0.6 mm thick and a carbon plate of 15 mm thick for ensuring surface flatness is applied onto the major surface (surface and rear) 20 of an aluminum honeycomb panel forming plate 18 and a steel loading metal 26 is applied thereon. It is then heated by means of an electric heater 28 comprising carbon heaters arranged on the inner circumference of a furnace while applying its weight vertically from above. Temperature is then detected at point A in the central part of the shaping plate 24 and at point B in the corner part thereof by means of a thermocouple provided in the shaping plate 24. Heat treating temperature of the honeycomb panel forming plate 18 is calculated based on the temperatures thus detected.
