PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration detector in which mechanical strength can be enhanced to cope with impact, vibration or the like, while reducing the size, thickness and cost. SOLUTION: The vibration detector 10 for detecting air vibration comprises a semiconductor element 12 having a diaphragm 20 being displaced by air vibration and a protrusion electrode for taking out the variation of an electric signal produced through displacement of the diaphragm 20, a circuit board 14 having a hole 70 corresponding to the diaphragm 20 of the semiconductor element 12 and an electrode, and a crimp member 16 positioned between the semiconductor element 12 and the circuit board 14 in order to crimp the protrusion electrode of the semiconductor element 12 to a corresponding electrode of the circuit board 14 when the protrusion electrode of the semiconductor element 12 is connected electrically with the corresponding electrode of the circuit board 14.
