PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely fix adjacent fin-equipped pipes inexpensively with excellent workability in a refrigerator having a condenser consisted of the fin-equipped pipes. SOLUTION: In a refrigerator having a condenser 1 consisted of fin-equipped pipes an upper fixing tool 27 is separated to two members C, D each having a stopper, and the one stopper is engaged with the one adjacent fin-equipped pipe 7 while the other stopper 29a is engaged with the adjacent other pipe 7. Further, bodies 37, 28 of the two members C, D are overlapped one on the other and fixed.
