PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the satellite service where plural receivers use simultaneously only a single polarized wave by adding an intermediate frequency signal of the radio signal of a 1st satellite using only a 1st polarized wave into an output signal and outputting this output signal to a receiver regardless of the polarized wave that is selected by the receiver of the signal sent from a 2nd satellite. SOLUTION: A frequency conversion means converts the 1st and 2nd radio signals into the intermediate frequency signals. An output means adds an intermediate frequency signal of the radio signal of a 1st satellite using only a 1st polarized wave into an output signal and outputs this signal to a receiver. A frequency multiplexing circuit 115 of this converter 100 multiplexes the frequencies of an intermediate frequency signal of the radio signal of the 1st satellite that is filtered by a filter 111 and an intermediate frequency signal of the electric signal of a 1st or 2nd polarized wave of the 2nd satellite that is filtered by a filter 112 selected by a switch circuit 114 or filtered by a filter 113 and then outputs these multiplexed intermediate frequency signals to an intermediate frequency amplifier 116.
