PURPOSE: A current-mirror type sense amplifier is provided to prevent degradation in the gain when a positive input signal and a negative input signal are switched around the supply power voltage and to stably sense/amplify in a wide range of the supply power voltage from a low voltage to a high voltage. CONSTITUTION: A current-mirror type sense amplifier includes the first and second current-mirror type sense amplifier units(100,200) for firstly sensing/amplifying the difference in the voltage of the positive input signal and a negative input signal in response to the first sense enable signal. The third current-mirror type sense amplifier(300) receives the firstly sensed/amplified signal from the first and second current-mirror type sense amplifier units(100,200) to sense/amplify the difference in the voltage in response to the second sense enable signal. The first precharge unit(400) precharges output terminals of the first and second current-mirror type sense amplifier units(100,200) in response to the first sense enable signal. The second precharge unit(500) precharges an output terminal of the third current-mirror type sense amplifier unit(300) in response to the second sense enable signal. The first and second current-mirror type sense amplifier units(100,200) each includes ground level raise units(110,210) for raising the ground level of itself pull-down nodes(N1,N2).
