HIGH SPEED SENSE AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: A high-speed sense amplifier is provided to be usefully applied to a product requiring a high operation. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed sense amplifier includes a sense amplifier unit(100). The sense amplifier unit(100) is enabled/disabled by the first sense enable signal(pseli) and senses/amplifies a positive input signal(sai) and a negative input signal(saib) to output the first and second signals(sa1o, sa1ob) that are complementary. The first inverting and buffering units(200) are enabled/disabled by the second sense enable signal(pse2i) and has the first pull-up device(202) and the first pull-down device(201) to invert/amplify the first signal. The size of the first pull-up device is relatively larger than the size of the first pull-down device. The second inverting and buffering units(300) are enabled/disabled by the second sense enable signal(pse2i) and has the second pull-up device(302) and the second pull-down device(301) to invert/amplify the second signal. The size of the second pull-down device is relatively larger than the size of the first pull-up device. A signal transfer unit(400) receives a logic 'HIGH' signal from the first inverting and buffering unit(200) and a logic 'LOW' signal form the second inverting and buffering unit(300), respectively. An output unit(500) buffers the signals from the signal transfer unit(400) .
