METHOD FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE VULCANIZATION OF TB RADIAL TIRE BY USING BLADDER HAVING HIGH HEAT CONDUCTIVITY

PURPOSE: A method for high temperature vulcanization of a TB radial tire by using a bladder having a high heat conductivity is provided to maintain a proper vulcanization degree by raising an vulcanization atmospheric temperature and using a pressure-resistance medium of a low pressure and a bladder having a high heat conductivity instead of reducing a quantity of heat supplied from an inner bladder, thereby improving the stabilization of quality and productivity. CONSTITUTION: In a method for high temperature vulcanization of a TB radial tire by using a bladder having a high heat conductivity, the vulcanization of the TB tire is carried out by using a bladder having a high heat conductivity in the range of 0.25-0.40W/mK at a temperature in the range of 135-150°C and as a pressure-resistance medium, steam of 14-21KG is utilized.
