PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of easily processing water produced in a positive electrode and to provide its use method. SOLUTION: This fuel cell 10 is so structured that a negative electrode, a positive electrode and an electrolytic part arranged between the electrodes are interposed between first plates P1-P5 each having a groove part for oxygen gas used as an oxygen gas passage formed and second plates P2-P6 each provided with a groove part for hydrogen gas used as a hydrogen gas passage. The groove parts for oxygen gas are shaped into a form capable of passing the oxygen gas toward the peripheral part of the first plates P1-P5. Preferably, the groove parts for hydrogen gas of the second plates P2-P6 are also shaped into a form capable of passing hydrogen gas toward the peripheral parts of the second plates P2-P6. |
