PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design the surface of an IC card beautifully without spoiling the function of a connection terminal so that the design is neither chromatically monotonous nor offensive to the eye in terms of composition and has its restrictions reduced by providing a conductive print layer and a transparent conductive protection layer in order on the plating layer of the connection terminal. SOLUTION: The module is composed of the plating layer 14 provided on the connection terminal of an IC module main body 15, and the conductive print layer 13 and transparent conductive protection layer 12 provided on the plating layer 14. The conductive print layer 13 and transparent conductive protection layer 12 are independent without coming into contact with each other. Thus, the function of the connection terminal of the IC module for card is not spoiled. The outward appearance of the plating layer 14 of each connection terminal is made different in hue by making the hue of each conductive print layer 13 different. The surface of the IC card can be made not chromatically monotonous, but beautiful. |
