PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily perform coffee extraction at a request to vend coffee beverage by supplying next ground beans from a mill to an extractor prior to the next vending of coffee drink by a supply means. SOLUTION: An extracting container 8A at a ground bean supply position (a) contains ground beans prepared in last vending operation and is arranged at an extraction position (b) as a motor 8D is driven at the end of last extracting operation and then an extracting motor 89 is driven to making vending operation ready while the container is coupled with an extracting head 85. When a vending request signal is outputted to a main control part, a cup is dispensed from a cup supply position, an extracting hot water valve is opened, and high-temperature hot water applied with pressure by a pump 5 is supplied to the extracting container 8A through a hot water pipe 6. Thus, ground beads to be used for next vending are prepared in current vending operation and supplied to the extracting container 8A to shorten the time needed to prepare the ground beans. |
