<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor which can be attached easily to a coordinate position inputting device without requiring any attaching position adjusting work and can detect pressures with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 1 using the Hall element 3 of a magneto-electric transformation device used for a coordinate position inputting device constituting a coordinate position detecting device is constituted in such a way that the Hall element 3 which is mounted on an insulating substrate 5 and to which output terminals 6 and 6, etc., are soldered is integrated with a permanent magnet 2 with a cushioning material 4 so that the element 3 may be faced oppositely to the magnet 2 at a fixed interval on the substrate 5 and the sensor 1 is only attached to the fixed section or movable section of the coordinate position inputting device with a double coated adhesive tape, adhesive, etc.</p> |
