PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain highly reliable composite LC components, which have a parts body formed by integrally baking a capacitor portion containing a dielectric ceramic layer and an inductor portion containing a magnetic ceramic layer and in which the stress which is generated at the joint interface between the capacitor portion and inductor portion, when the portions are integrally baked can be relaxed and crackings and characteristic deterioration do not occur. SOLUTION: Joinability between a capacitor portion 2 and an inductor portion 3 of composite LC components is obtained by using the glass, which is added to a dielectric ceramic layer and/or a magnetic ceramic layer to contents of 0.5-90 wt.%, by enabling the dielectric and magnetic ceramic layers to be sintered with each other at a temperature of 960 deg.C or lower. The glass is composed of a crystallized glass having a crystal melting temperature of 600-900 deg.C.
