PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently allocate shared electrically-operated vehicles with charged quantity which corresponds to their destinations even through many users come at a time. SOLUTION: The lease port 1 of electrically-operated vehicles 2 shared by a plurality of users is provided with a plurality of lanes 32 to receive vehicles where the vehicles 2 are allocated in accordance with the charged quantity. Parking lanes where the vehicles 2 are parked in high density are also provided at the back of the lanes 32. Further, as for the lane sections of each of the lanes 32, a vehicle 2 with more charged quantity is allocated as the lanes are separated from a exclusive ticket gate 35a.
