PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of an optical fiber cable branching part laid within a sewage pipe line in which the branching pipe line interrupted in airtightness from the inside of the sewage pipe line is provided and wiring work, inspection, maintenance and control or the like are safely and comfortably executed. SOLUTION: In the structure of an optical fiber cable branching part laid within a sewage pipe line, an optical fiber cable 2 laid within the sewage pipe line is interrupted in airtightness from the inside of the sewage pipe line and is guided to the inside of a first branching box 4 provided in a manhole side wall surface for the sewage pipe line, further the optical fiber cable 2 is extended to a second branching box 6 provided by being extended from the first branching box 4 to the outside of the manhole with an optical fiber cable protective pipe 5, and the optical fiber cable 2 is branched in the inside of the second branching box 6.
