PURPOSE: Provided is a pneumatic tire where a plurality of ribs contacted to the road surface and grooves are arranged in turn, which promotes abrasion resistance of tire by evenly wearing the ribs. CONSTITUTION: The tire composed of a plurality of ribs and grooves(2) arranged by turns includes ribs(3) having stepped angles(5) of less than 7degree at one sides to let the other sides of the ribs be contacted to a hypothetical arc face(4) of tread formed by extending the top faces of each rib.
