PURPOSE: A roller driving gear of a line roller skate is provided which is able to make a roller smoothly rotate in an initial movement of the roller being back and forth and also previously prevent generation of safety accidents caused by a rotation of the roller. CONSTITUTION: The roller driving gear of a line roller skate comprises: (i) a fixing member which is fixed on a bracket with being positioned on the lower part of the bracket and has an inner space part; (ii) a moving member which is installed on the space part of the fixing member to be able to move up and down and is able to freely rotate in the circumference direction along the center line when being completely moved toward the upper part and is not able to rotate in the circumference direction along the center line when being completely moved toward the lower part; (iii) a supporting member which is fixed on the lower part of the moving member; (iv) a roller which is combined to the supporting member by a parallel hinge axis and turns on any one direction when the moving member being completely went up and surely turns on a longitudinal direction of a shoe body part; and (v) a spring means which gives elastic force to the moving member when the moving member is going upward and gives restitutive force to the moving member when the moving member is going downward.
