METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MONOMER CASTING NYLON PREVENTING STATIC ELECTRICITY

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a monomer casting nylon preventing static electricity is provided to reduce a graphite content to 4wt% or less while assigning electrical conductivity required for preventing static electricity by changing a dispersion state of the graphite in the monomer casting nylon. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a monomer casting nylon preventing static electricity includes the steps of mixing monomer for nylon such as caprolactam or lauryl lactam, a catalyst such as alkaline metal or alkaline earth metal, a polymerization initiator such as diisocyanate compound and graphite 1-4wt% of which average particle size is 2-25micrometer and a surface area is 25m2/g or less, casting the mixture in a mold, stirring the mixture at 500-3000rpm for 10-90seconds, and carrying out polymerization reaction at 140-200°C.
