PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal copying to only one-time writable compact disks or the like by setting a defective part in a succeeding program of an application program, and recording to an information-recording medium an algorithm for reading out a succeeding program excluding a defective part in a preceding program. SOLUTION: A defective part is set in a succeeding program, and an algorithm for avoiding reading a defective part is recorded on a preceding program. When the information-recording medium is normally used, an installer and the preceding program such as an execution program or the like are read out and executed prior to the succeeding program, and the succeeding program is read out under the control of the preceding program. At this time, the succeeding program is read out with avoiding the defective part. According to a copy command generally used for illegal copying, the defective part cannot be normally read out by a read part operating under an operation environment of a computer, so that illegal copying can be prevented. |
