PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an amplifier incorporated loudspeaker more small-sized, thinner, and better in heat radiation and to make it easy to connect a voice coil and an amplifier. SOLUTION: The space in front of a diaphragm 20 is used to arrange a magnetic circuit 24 and an amplifier 26 on the front side of the loudspeaker. Consequently, no special waterproof measure such as a shield plate need not be taken for the amplifier 26 and the heat radiation effect increases. Almost no component space is needed behind the diaphragm 20, and then the speaker is easily made small-sized and thin on the whole. Further, a lead wire 33 for connecting the amplifier 26 and voice coil 23 may be short and complicated wiring is unnecessary, thus even when the number of voice coils 23 is large, the operation for connecting the voice coils to the amplifier 26 is accurately and easily performed.
