PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifier employing a 4-terminal power mixer circuit that has high efficiency and excellent linearity by reducing the loss of the power in the mixer. SOLUTION: An isolation terminal 5 of a power mixer 18 is connected to a DC output terminal 22 via a 1st filter 19, a rectifier circuit 20 and a 2nd filter 21. In the case that amplitude and phases of two systems of input signals are deviated from a mixing condition of the power mixer 18 due to amplitude and phase deviation in outputs of power amplifiers 16, 17, a high frequency power produced at the isolation terminal 5 can be regenerated to a DC power by a rectifier circuit 20. Then the power amplifiers with high efficiency and excellent linearity can be realized.
