PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay line, the delay time of which can be continuously adjusted even after mounted. SOLUTION: The delay line 10 is provided with a dielectric board 11, a transmission line for a signal line meandered is formed on one major plane of the dielectric board 11 and a ground conductor 13 is nearly entirely formed to the rear plane of the dielectric board 11 respectively. A trimmer capacitor 14, a variable capacitor, is connected in parallel with the transmission line 12. Furthermore, an input terminal 15 and an output terminal 16 are connected across the transmission line 12 and ground terminals 17, 18 are connected across the ground conductor 13 respectively.
