PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller housing which can improve the operability and greatly decrease man-hours. SOLUTION: The electric conductor lead-in hole of a motor controller is formed by cutting a bottom plate panel 5 in a U shape from the front end, a plane plate 6 is fitted detachably covering the opening edge of the U-cut of the bottom plate panel 5, and a plane plate 7 is fitted from the opposite side so that it can move and be attached and detached overlapping with the mentioned plane plate 6, thereby varying the opening area of the electric conductor lead-in hole. If the opening area of the electric conductor lead-in hole at the lower part of the motor controller housing becomes too small to penetrate, the plane plate of the bottom plate of the housing is slid forward/backward to make the electric conductor opening large, thereby improving the operability and greatly decreasing the man-hours. When a wired electric conductor is connected to the inside of the motor controller, the plane plate is detached and the electric conductor can be led in, so the length of the electric conductor is temporarily determined, terminal processing is carried out outside the motor controller, and then connecting operation can be done.
