PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise by a connection conductor that is made of a metal film and the disconnection of a connection conductor by forming the connection conductor with a metal flat plate and equipping at least one connection part that is connected to the electrode of a piezoelectric transformer element and at least one vibration buffer that is connected to the connection part. SOLUTION: A connection conductor 5 at an output side is made of a metal flat plate, and is composed of a connection part 5a that is connected to the high voltage output electrode of a piezoelectric transformer element, two vibration buffers 5b and 5b that are connected to the connection part 5a, an electrode mainstay 5c that is nearly vertically connected to the vibration buffers 5b and 5b, and an external connection part 5d that is connected to an external circuit that is nearly vertically connected to the electrode mainstay part 5c. In this manner, the connection conductor containing at least one vibration buffer part that is connected to the connection part 5a is provided, thus preventing ringing, the wear of a metal foil caused by the friction between the metal foils and between the metal foil and a surrounding member, and the thinning or the disconnection of a gold thread wire.
