PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding portable terminal where an attitude of the terminal can be maintained in a way that a display section is directed upward even in an open state. SOLUTION: The folding portable terminal comprises a lower casing 3 and an upper casing 2 that is hinged to the lower casing 3 and is characterized in that lift-up legs are provided retractively at a backside in the vicinity of a hinge 1 of the lower casing in a way that the legs are projected from the backside externally.
