PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for attaching multiple electrode pin to a substrate, in batch and efficiently without their dropping, falling, or collapsing. SOLUTION: A flat jig is provided, which comprises a stage 9 for sucking a substrate 5 on which a silver paste 4 is printed as well as a plurality of insertion holes 7b, is used to insert an electrode pin 2 into the hole 7b. Furthermore, a suction head 8 is provided which fixes the flat jig with an alignment pin 8a, comprises a first cavity 11 for sucking the electrode pin 2, and rotates so that the surface of the flat jig faces in vertical direction. The suction head 8 is rotated so that the surface of the flat jig faces downward with the air in the first cavity 11 depressurized for suction state, and the joint end of the electrode pin 2 is allowed to approach the silver paste 4 from above. With a gap between the surface of the flat jig and the substrate where the silver paste is printed, air is pressurized in the first cavity 11, and the joint end of the electrode pin is pressed against the silver paste 4, then the suction head is moved upwardly, for attaching multiplicity of electrode pins to the substrate.
