发明名称 PARABOLIC LENS WITH SUPER HIGH RESOLUTION
摘要 PURPOSE: A parabolic lens with super high resolution is provided to widen convergent angle of light and increases refractive index of a medium at which a spot is formed when the wavelength of light and diameter of incident beam are uniform, thereby increasing a recording density in the recording or reproducing of data, increasing an observation resolution of a microscope, and reducing a semiconductor line width by applying to a semiconductor lithography. CONSTITUTION: In a parabolic lens with super high resolution for focusing light input from the outside, one side of the lens is flat and the other side is curved in a parabolic form. The curved surface of the lens other than the apex is reflection-coated. When parallel light is incident on the flat surface of the lens, the light is reflected several times inside the lens and then transmitted to an object outside the lens through the apex of the lens at which there is no coat.
