PURPOSE: An overflow preventing device of oil in a power steering is provided to freely rotate the oil inside a reservoir tank and to prevent an overflow of the oil by installing a partition in a chamber. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical member(40A) is installed inside a lower tank(10A) of a reservoir tank. The center of the cylindrical member(40A) is conformed to the center of the reservoir tank. Holes(40) are formed in the cylindrical member(40A) to be freely flow in/out oil. A partition(50) is formed between the cylindrical member(40A) and the lower tank(10A) to prevent a raising event of the oil. The oil is rotated through an inside of the lower tank(10A) to flow out. The raising event of the oil is prevented by the partition(50). Therefore, the raised oil is fed to another chamber to be divided by the cylindrical member(40A).
