PURPOSE: A reinforce structure of a folded rear seat back is provided to prevent a space from being narrow when a rear seat is folded and to reinforce the locking mechanism of the rear seat back. CONSTITUTION: A reinforce structure for a folded rear seat back(1) consists of a pair of reinforce plates(35) installed in both sides of a rear vehicle with a guide groove(35a); a reinforce pipe(30) vertically sliding along the guide groove; an advancing bar(10) combined with the side of the rear seat back by a hinge(10a); a guiding bracket(15) sliding the advancing bar through a guide hole(15a) when the rear seat back is folded; and a connecting bar(20) rotatively combined with the advancing bar and the reinforce pipe to lower the reinforce pipe along the guide groove when the advancing bar advances. In this structure, when the rear seat back is opened, the reinforce pipe protects the rear seat from cargoes. When the rear seat back is folded, the reinforce pipe is placed in the rear side of the rear seat to keep a rear space.
