The prefabricated, transportable and rapidly assemblable building kit comprises room-building components (1) and connecting components (2), which in freely selectable quantities can be aligned to one another. The room-building components and connecting components together with integrated quick closures (6) can be connected to form a room structure. The quick closures consist of an all-round U-shaped frame profile (3) of the connecting component and an all-round Z-shaped frame profile (12) of the room-building component. On the U-shaped frame profile of the connecting component a rain gutter (4) is fitted.
