PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting board, in which terminal numbers can be marked even for a lead-out pattern of narrow pitch, and connection relation between terminals of an integrated circuit package and the lead-out pattern formed on the board can be easily recognized. SOLUTION: An area array integrated circuit package 20, in which terminals 30 are arranged in an area form, is mounted on a multilayered board 10. A lead-out pattern 50 is led out from a land 40. To the lead-out pattern 50, terminal numbers 600, showing correspondence relation between the terminals 30 and the lead-out pattern 50 are marked with binary numbers, using two kinds of symbols (e.g. large and small dots) which are different in external form.
