PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve insulating performance by copper soldering a flat type copper conductor, rounding (circular) a tip of a corner with priority, coating and sintering the corner rounded flat type copper conductor with insulating coating, and forming a uniform coating film across the whole face which includes the corner part. SOLUTION: A round copper wire is rolled into a flat type copper conductor 1a. The flat copper conductor 1a is degreased and cleaned under specific conditions and then cleaned with water. Then, it is cleaned with acid and cleaned with water. Using a solution formed by mixing copper sulfate with sulfur, the wire is copper soldered under specific conditions, the tip of a corner part (c) of the flat type copper conductor 1a is copper soldered with priority and the corner part (c) is rounded by copper soldering it under prescribed conditions. After cleaning it with water, it is dried so as to make it Q into corner part rounded flat type copper conductor 1. The corner part rounded flat type copper conductor 1 is coated and sintered with the polyurethane-based coating of a specific concentration using an electric baking furnace of a specific linear velocity and a specific furnace temperature to provide a flat type insulating wire superior in insulating performance.
