SOLUTION: An input assisting means 11 inputs an analysis request from a data terminal 41 and an inspecting means 12 inspects whether or not the inputted request meets specific format conditions. An accepting processing means 13 registers a request, judged by the inspecting means 12 to meet the specific conditions, as an analysis accepted case in a common database 31. An input assisting means 21 inputs the analysis result of the analysis accepted case registered in the common database 31 from a data terminal 42 and an inspecting means 22 inspects whether or not the inputted analysis result meets specific format conditions. An accepting process means 23 registers the analysis accepted case, judged by the inspecting means 22 to meet the specific format conditions, as an analysis completion case in the common database 31.
